Refund Policy

This page follows Article 7 (Refund Policy) of the Terms of Service.

Nature of digital content

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for change of mind may be limited once a report has been successfully generated and viewed after payment.

Cases eligible for a full refund

A full refund is provided in the following cases.

  • The report was not generated due to a system failure of the Company
  • A refund is requested within 7 days of payment without the report ever having been viewed
  • A clear payment error occurred, such as a duplicate charge

How to request a refund

Refund requests are accepted via 1:1 inquiry or email (jungho@ksajupet.com).

Processing time

Refunds are processed by canceling the payment and returning funds to the original payment method. Depending on card issuer policy, this may take 3–7 business days.
